Partner Potluck


Be sure to RSVP for our upcoming Axis Ministry Partner Potluck—set for Sunday, March 2, from 5-7pm. We hope you’ll make every effort to attend this important AMP-only gathering.

This will be a pivotal evening as we come together for the first time in over a year to reconnect, share a meal, and engage in meaningful updates from our leaders. These moments are crucial for fostering unity, celebrating God’s faithfulness, and learning more about the course before us.

Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for this special night! Childcare* will be provided for those who reserve a spot in advance. We can’t wait to see you there!

Where: Matanzas Province (Varadero and Guasema) 

What: Ministry of Presence, Young Adult and Youth Ministry, Rice and Beans Distribution and prayer ministry, possible evening services, TBD

Breakdown: 2 Travel Days, 5 Days of Ministry

Lodging: Presbyterian Guest House

Transportation: Vans with drivers and translators provided by CCMinistries with Director, Willie

  • Phase 1 paid to The Axis Church @ time of registration

  • Credit Card payment made to The Axis Church

  • Covers Flight and Visa for entry; Transferable but non-refundable


Phase 2: $800

Due: Saturday, May 24, 2025

  • Paid in cash, in a marked envelope, to Head Team Leader

  • Covers In-Country Expenses: Lodging, Drivers, Translators, Meals

*Tourist expenses (Tourist day, additional food not included with meals, travel extras) not included
